Music: Preacher's Sons

Poison Oak from preacherssons on Vimeo.

This is Preacher's Sons, a band that primarily consists of Brandon and Jeremy Pfaff. Originally named Native Americans, (seemingly, a pun and a play on words) Preacher's Sons have this raw and honest sound to them. There's something about Brandon's strum or how Jeremy keeps a steady beat on the drum. The simplicity of their music continues to astound me.

Whenever I listen to their music, I sometimes forget that they are friends of mine. I so admire their talent, moreover their character and humor. They are really great guys.

Check them out:

  1. =^_^=Hey you played one of their song from your ipod on the way to Co a couple of times in your car. So I didn't know that their your friends. What a great music they play. I'm glad you really like them and once again great choice of music=*_*=!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Aaron, I've been good friends with Jeremy Pfaff since middle school, i've seen him progress as a musician and as a man, it's been an amazing journey through my eyes, I have a lot of respect for him and Brandon. :) i've been to a few of their shows,..when their band was called Last September.

  3. Hey Christine, I don't have any of their music on my iPod currently.

    Aaron, that's awesome!

  4. I just saw a flyer on campus. The Preacher's Sons are playing at Biola tomorrow night around 8!

  5. Yeah, I know but I'll be in the symposium then there's the birthday dinner thing. :-\ So, just busy.

The fist time I found out about their band was in Biola when they had a different name, Native Americans. :-D
